Mit admin haben Sie jederzeit Zugriff auf ihre Bons und können diese beliebig verwalten und sogar teilen. Als digitale Lösung für Belege beendet admin endlich die Zettelwirtschaft und schont dabei auch ganz nebenbei die Umwelt.

First steps

admin enables every user to access and manage their receipts anytime, anywhere. In addition, various folders can be created and the receipts can be easily shared with, for example, the tax advisor, the family or the accounting department.

A quick and easy registration is needed to gain accees to admin. In the following you will learn how an account can be created with admin after a successful download of the app and what should be considered in detail.

Start

If you have not yet registered with admin or are logged out, you will be taken to the start screen after opening the app.

Here you have the following options:

  • Login
  • If you are already registered, you can use the Login button to sign in.

  • Create account
  • Select Start to create a new admin account.

  • Language
  • The language will be automatically choosen based on the settings.

If you are already logged in, you will be forwarded to the receipt window when you start the app.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, there is a way to restore it.

  1. Open the admin app
  2. On the start page, click on Forgot Password
  3. You will be asked to enter your alternative email address
  4. Enter your alternative email address and click on Reset Password
  5. After entering the data, you will receive a recovery link to your alternative email address
  6. Follow the recovery link in the email you received and set a new password

Features

The admin app offers practical features for transferring and managing your receipts.

Here is an overview of the most important features:

  • Scanner
  • Your own QR code with which you can transfer receipts quickly and easily.

  • Receipts
  • All of your receipts in one overview.

  • Folder
  • Create and manage folders for your receipts.

  • Bookmarks
  • An overview of bookmarked documents and folders.

Scanner

The QR code is a two-dimensional code that serves as an alternative way of transfering your receipts.

  • Your personal QR code appears

Receipts

Receipts can be called up under the menu item Receipts. This page opens automatically every time the app is opened. Here you will find your current receipts from the last purchases you made. You have the option to sort, save, move or delete receipts. If you want to access a specific receipt, you can search for terms by clicking on the respective search icon .

Sort receipts

Sort your newly added receipts according to certain parameters.

  1. Click on Receipts in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-dot button next to the search option
  3. A new window will open:
  4. Select the respective parameters
  5. Your receipts will be sorted as desired

Bookmark receipts

Bookmark certain receipts to acces them in the Bookmarks.

  1. Click on Receipts in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-point button next to the corresponding receipt
  3. A new window will open:
  4. Flip the switcher to bookmark the receipt

Move receipts

For a better overview, receipts can be moved to created folders.

  1. Click on Receipts in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-point button next to the corresponding receipt
  3. Click on Move
  4. A new window will open:
  5. Choose where you want to move the document

Delete receipts

Delete selected receipts. Removed receipts can be found in the Trash Bin.

  1. Click on Receipts in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-point button next to the corresponding receipt
  3. A new window will open:
  4. Select Delete

Deleted receipts end up in the trash bin and can be restored at any time.

Folders

The folder overview helps you not to lose track of your receipts. Here you can organize, rename, transmit, share or color your folders.

Add folders

Create and name individual folders for your receipts.

  1. Click on Folders in the menu bar
  2. Select the plus-icon
  3. Name the folder in the new window and click Done

Edit folders

admin offers a variety of options to edit and personalize your folders.

  1. Click on Folders in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-point button next to the corresponding folder
  3. In a new window you can then choose between the following options:

Trash bin

Deleted objects can be found in the trash bin. Here you can restore or permanently remove receipts and folders

How to get to the trash bin:

  1. Click on Folders in the menu bar
  2. Select the three-point button next to the search field
  3. A new window will open

Select Trash bin and you will be redirected.


Restore / Remove

Objects in the trash bin can be permanently removed or restored.

  1. Open the trash bin
  2. Select the three-point button next to the desired object
  3. A new window will open

Click Restore to return the object to its previous position, or Remove if you want to permanently delete the object.

Empty the trash bin

Empty your trash bin to permanently remove receipts and folders

  1. In the trash, select the three-point button next to the search field
  2. Click on Empty
  3. A new window will open

Click on Empty, if you are sure

Click Cancel if you have changed your mind

Bookmarks

You can access your personal bookmarks at any time under the menue bar point Bookmarks.

Previously bookmarked receipts and folders will be shown on this list.

The bookmarks list allows immediate access to selected receipts in order to quickly find and view them.

You can recognize bookmarked receipts or folders by the respective icon .

Settings

Changes to the profile and admin account can be made under the Settings tab. Changes to the tax advisor and NFC data transfer can also be made.

Edit profile

You can edit your profile here. Especially when you change your address or phone number, you can update your data here.

Open profile view:

  1. Click on Settings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the line that shows your profile picture and email address
  3. The profile view opens

Here you can make changes to:

  • Profile picture
  • Personal information
  • Contact information

Add / change profile picture

  1. Click on the icon next to your profile picture
  2. Here you have the following options:

You can choose between these options:

Camera: Your smartphone camera opens. Take a recent picture of yourself and the photo will appear as a new profile picture

Gallery: Saved pictures from your gallery will show up. Select your desired picture and it will appear as your new profile picture

Delete picture: Your current profile picture will be deleted

Personal information

Add / change title, company, name and date of birth

  1. Select the pen next to personal information and a new window will open
  2. Here you can edit the following information:
    • Salutation
    • Company (optional)
    • Title (optional)
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Birthday

Contact information

Add / change contact details such as address or phone number.

  1. Select the pencil icon next to contact details. A new window will open.
  2. Here you can edit the following information:
    • Adress
    • Post code
    • City
    • Phone
    • E-Mail

Tax consultants

Manage your accountants and share documents with them. Working together with your accountant can be much easier with admin. Following options are available under the Accountants tab:

My accountants

Manage your accountants.

View accountants

  1. Click on Settings in the menu bar
  2. Click on Accountants
  3. Click on My accountants
  4. A list of your added accountants appears.

Add accountant

  1. Select the icon on the top right of the window to add an accountant.
  2. Next enter the email address of your accountant and click on the button to confirm
  3. Click on Add and your accountant will appear in the list

Folder sharing

Determine the delivery time of selected folders.

  1. Click on Folder sharing
  2. A list view with different transmission times opens
  3. Choose between the following transmission times and then click Save:
  • Activate sharing after 24 hours
  • Activate sharing after 12 hours
  • Activate sharing after 8 hours
  • Activate sharing immediately

Folders in transmission

View folders that are currently in delivery.

  1. Click on Folders in transmission
  2. A list view opens with folders that are currently being transferred
  3. You can cancel the transmission by swiping to the left of the folder

You can read the time window right-justified from the corresponding folders. After the time has expired, the folder will be sent to the respective accountent.

Data transfer (NFC)

admin also supports NFC technology for data transmission. Receipts can be transferred wirelessly and securely from the cash register to the smartphone. In order to transfer content in this way, the smartphone must be NFC-compatible and unlocked with the screen switched on.

  1. Click on Settings in the menu bar
  2. Click on NFC
  3. Use the switcher to turn NFC on or off

When activated for the first time, you will be forwarded to the smartphone setting.

Invite friends

Share the app with anyone.

  1. Click on Settings in the menu bar
  2. Click on Invite friends
  3. A new window will open:

Finally, select the way in which you want to share the app.

Sign out

You can Sign out of your admin account at any time.

  1. Click on Settings in the menu bar
  2. Click on Account
  3. Click on the Sign out button
  4. You will be logged out and forwarded to the Start.

After logging out, you have to log in again in order to use the app.
